if you have never seen this radio it is a oddball the case looks just like a 229 but the power suply runs off of 110 volts ac and thare is a knob in the back you can turn and have it run on 6 volts dc the radio has a photo finish on the case so if you get one with a dull and chiping finish like I did you must fill any chips with a stain and then spray on a clear cote if any one has ever worked on this radio please tell me what you did to make it play and look grate John Tyminski

Hmmmm cant say that I have have you done a google search on old zeniths
,
I know my transoceanics have a 110.00 voltage but can be switched to 90 volts with a battery pack.

ill do some research and get back to ya on this
