The schematic shows some "tubular...", "bakelight...", "mica....", Do I need to be concerned with these descriptions when ordering?

it all depends on where in the circuit--really  about the only caps you need to replace are the coupling and filter caps

One of the things about replacing capacitors is the value of the original cap. For example you may have 100mf at 450volts. Go with the same values as listed where you can. You might not be able to get a 100 microfard cap so you would need to get the next closest value. On the voltage stay with the voltage listed. Again just an example of what you might find. The other would be the type of capacitor as to radial or axial. Are the leads coming out of one end or one on each end. Hope this helps.
