Help with radio identification - portable tube "solar" green

Hi -

Do any of you know anything about this odd radio?  See photo but I think it might be Bakelite.  It's a tube radio that is mean to be portable.

I don't know anything about the radio specifically, but that case looks like "plaskon" (I think that's the term).
