hey guy`s
I have few philco ac/dc portable radios
calls for a .0003 would a .00033 work and last one a .0004 would a .00044 work

Antique radio aren't really high precision pieces of equipment, so as a general rule, up to a 20% tolerance is usually acceptable in most circuits. Some of the common values of caps used in radios are no longer made, so just use what is closest to the original value and you'll be okay.
