That shouldn't be too hard to figure out or get close. As simple as power supplies you might could freehand draw out a diagram and get a better idea. Then look at power supplies out there and see if any are similar. A guess off hand would be 10 to 20 mf but that is a guess. You can also check this out, its of the sears power supply adapters. They called them "power shifters.
sears power shifters
Here are some with a 5y3 tube, they use 40 mf
simple power supply
Per Radiomuseum, no more than 30

Here is a photo of one by Rickey Rainey. He is on some of the forums so maybe he will see this and post what it is.

What I would do is draw it out. Then look at schematics and find a similar one. If you know one is 30 you might could replace that one then cut the other out completely. Then clip in a say 30 in the caps place you don't know. Then power it up with leads connected to the battery out. As it powers up look at the voltage. If you know it is suppose to be say 90 but it is 70 you may need a higher or lower. But it it is say 110 it may need lower. Remember though if it doesn't have a load the voltage may be higher than it is rated. I will see if I can contact Rickey if he knows the values.
