Re: A Resolution Easy To Keep
The only problem is that it is quite hard to be motivated to do so when the weather is less than ideal. Here in Ohio in the winter the temp in the early afternoon can be anywhere from -5 to 35 degrees on average. In the summer it could range from 65-100 degrees on average. Even spring can be a mixture of both other seasons. Besides the weather walking around here isn't that bad.

One thing you might check, When I lived up north and the weather got bad the local mall would invite residents to come in and do their walking during pre arranged morning hours. It proved a good drawing card for the mall all the rest of the time.

I take the mutts for a stroll twice a day on days that I do not work. We walk a two mile circuit, the same every time.

During the real bad weather days I go to the local Lowes store and walk over ever inch of it. It's not a brisk walk but it beat staying on the couch!
