Re: WHAT'S YOUR OPINION?
Hey! That's my radio! Send it back!
lol
Very nice looking.
Note, your're going to need a magnifying lens to read that tiny dial. Wow. They've even got Silvertone beat.

Re: WHAT'S YOUR OPINION?
I noticed last night that the Wurlitzer was reposted. That's ok though, I like the Howard better. Bill, the day that I need a magnifying glass to see the dial will be the day that I start my new career as an umpire.

Re: WHAT'S YOUR OPINION?
I guess the picture doesn't do it justice. It's taller than my Zenith, Philco & RCA consoles.

Looking for a high end 1941 radio
I have a Philco 41-295 with eleven tubes that is an excellent perfomer. It wasn't hard to restore electrically, but cost a fair amount for all the capacitors and resistors. This model has a nice big wide console cabinet with the slant-front rectangular dial and big thumbwheels for the main controls. There is a sort of wire loop antenna inside the lower cabinet that can be rotated to maximize a station's reception, in addition to the usual external antenna terminal. My chassis and speaker (a ten-inch, I think) are very good but the cabinet has a lot of veneer damage from moisture and age. It uses loktal tubes, typical of Philco and Zenith for the early 1940's.
