I wish i could tell what he was doing with what appears to be a transformer. It seems as though he is installing some modern electronics inside the transformer! Look on page 6 under RADIO HALL MUTADYNE PERFECT.

Looked up mutadyne tried to translate .Can,t thats what it is a mutadyne.
