Installed all new caps resitors some tubes,having problem with one of the electrolytic caps 4.7uf @450 volts .
It is in big condenser block from#3 to #10 terminals .Has another electrolytic cap from#3 to #9 works.
radio still plays but still hums because of the electrolytic cap keeps blowing . help Denver Exclamation Exclamation Idea

Fixed problem installed a 33mfd @450 volts . Replaced osscalator tube.
