WWV To Continue Operations and Celebrate 100 Years Empty WWV To Continue Operations and Celebrate 100 Years

As some of you may know, WWV was defunded for 2019.  Now it looks like it was "refunded" and will continue operations at least for a while.  And their 100 year anniversary is coming up this year and there will be a celebration.  To those of us who appreciate the service this station provides, this is truly good news.  Very Happy

It sure is. As a young teenager of 14, I remember building a Knight Kit Star Roamer radio and logging WWV as one of my first "confirmed" stations. I believe I still have the QSL card somewhere. I hope it has another 100 year run.
