Those R7000 TO's go for good money used and to find one new in the box would be the Holy Grail for those who collect these. This one was new in the box until the seller opened it up for inspection and photo's. Although not my particular catagory of collecting, as i prefer tubes, i'm not surprised at the price on this one.

I've always wanted one but I will never pay crazy prices for it. I found my 3000 in a flea for 40 bucks missing the bandswitch knob. Thats how I am going to get a 7000 or I am not getting one at all.
