3 New Eatin' Joints Near Home

Post by 75X11 on Tue Aug 02, 2016 8:10 pm

I don't know what attracted them, but a Cook Out, a BoJangles and a Burger King just staked their claim for beauty and good living on the main drag through town.  I had never heard of the first two, The Cook Out being an old school chargrilled burger, weinie and restructured chicken establishment. http://cookoutnc.com/  The Bo Jangles appears to be what I call a jewel box fried chicken place.  The chicken in the box, like jewels being small, precious and few. These are on a 3 mile stretch of road that also has a Brusters, a Wendy's, A McD's, a Captain D's, a Church's A Popeyes, a Checkers, A KFC, a Sonic, a Golden Corral, a IHOP, and a Denny's.

CookOut is good plus they have a great deal. You can get a meal (chioce of meat ie burger, chicken , hotdogs etc. ) two sides and a drink for $5.29. A long list of 2 sides ( some of the sides are chicken wraps and nuggets)

I heard cookout is good as well. There is one in the town I work at but I have never been there, my daughter has she goes to college in the town. She likes it. Bojangles is not bad. Bojangles has a breakfast biscuit that is really good. Its more of a desert than a plain biscuit. It has blueberries I think in it.
