I remember a lot of the things listed on there. Something that's not on there are telephone party lines. I can remember the milk delivery truck it was a Divco. Mom would have bread delivered like milk. If I recall right the bread was Omar.

Or, Saturday morning cartoons, Captain Kangaroo?????

I recall all them except "crazy eddies". Not certain what that was. Our milk delievery truck driven by our next door neighbor parked between our houses when he was done for the day. Dang, he took off early and we could hear him leave.
I must be a geezer.

I'm only in my 30's and I can recall a few of those items. I remember 1,6,7,15,16 and 17. Most of those items that I referred to have only became obsolete in the past 20 years. However phone booths have only started becoming obsolete in about the past 10 years and you can still buy Lincoln Logs, they are just plastic instead of wood.

You ought to copy the song, and, present it to Roy O'Brien. They might even be convinced to use it, again... How about science fair kits, Robby the robot toys, paper airplanes, jump rope, skate keys, those awful plastic raincoats with the hood, the terrible rubber boots you put over your shoes that had buckles during the winter, golashes, idiot mittens, erector sets, American Flyer trains, mine really smoked, and, whistled, though it only had four cars, yes, it had the caboose..

And, my best memory is the shop I worked at, "Rainbow Television Service" on Kelley Road, owned by easy going Craig W Knox, and, the other helper was Eugene Petuna. And, how about Classic Records owned by Mrs. Mac?? And, for awhile we had a carry out food place that sold some of the best fried chicken on earth!!
We had a meat market, Ted's barber shop, etc.....
Cunninghams drugstore, etc.....

The good thing about these good old days is that we can each carry some along with us as we advance into geezerhood.
