Pricey cars

Post by willy3486 on Mon Jun 15, 2015 5:14 pm

I saw this on another forum. I got a kick out of it. The first car was a 1970 challenger went for 185 k. My uncle had this exact model but a different color. His looked showroom new. He had one of my other cousins, not his son out in it one day. My cousin said he looked over and they were doing 140 mph and it wasn't even maxed out. After he died about 10 years ago my aunt wanted to get rid all of his stuff asap. She let it go for 10k Shocked . I wish I could have bought it then and sold it now. His looked better than this one.

That is not quite as bad as somebody giving $50,000 for an old AM Zenith radio. I don't care if it DOES have a ceramic cat on it. I have a REAL cat that sits on my radios for a hell of a lot less money than that. Very Happy

A beautiful car. I consider the price it drew and think about only 10 years later Lee Iacocca working to save the company that produced it on the backs of K-cars. and now the same company is pushing Topolinos.
