Somebody else already got that going at the local "Feeder's Supply" stores.

I'm hoping I can put up a flyer at the local vet.  You're not going to believe this but this vet, "Shively Animal Clinic", has over a thousand customers.  Seriously- I have waited there over 5 hours, and on Sunday more like 8 hours.  Now I just leave my number and wait to be called back.

Why?  They are the best and also the cheapest, plus they'll hold your check. They only take cash or check, have no computers and use regular typewriters.

Right now I'm dealing with Rocky having some kind of cancer.

Sorry about Rocky. Having a good doctor can make all the difference in the world, for both the patient and their person.

I'm not sure what to do about Rocky.  I'm taking him back sometime in the next few weeks to see if it has grown.  It might be benign. There's no way I can afford the thousands of dollars to attempt a cure.  All I can do is make him comfortable.

I do know that he's been very cuddly lately, and he has never been a cuddly dog.

We have a 104 pound Golden Retriever lap dog who gets fatty tumors and hot spots regularly. They are benign, but annoying. It is not expensive to get rid of them. I wish you and Rocky the best on this.

Thanks.
People who don't have pets, especially people who don't live alone, never understand that these really are like our children.  Heck, if I didn't have Rocky to talk to I'd be talking to myself.  They also don't believe they have cognitive thinking.  Ha!  I have literally watched his mind work while he tries to figure out how to get the cat food.

This thread has drifted pretty far off-topic. I'm the biggest duck in the puddle, so I need to try to steer it back. I like talking about cars and pets as well as the next guy, so perhaps someone could start such a thread. This one should get back to worthless terminology, if you please. Thank you.

OK how about carbon footprint, and what kind of carbon footprint my Voice Of Music 722 stereo reel to reel with the 168 stereo twin amp and speaker are making or leaving behind that I'm enjoying at the moment.

To answer your kind remarks, Doug, at the risk of appearing "too political", I feel that all the "carbon footprint" hoopla is mostly horse feathers. As long as you enjoy your Voice of Music 722 stereo reel to reel and its companion amplifier and speaker, all is well as far as I am concerned. Rolling Eyes

You. You were doing well with the divergent posts here. Start one in the general discussion.
