need help my Sencore LC 53 z meter is still not working yet

Hello Everyone,
Well my Sencore LC 53 z meter has not been working for a while and I check it over have had no luck the meter will not test Caps far a inductors I still have to try that function.
to see if that works I running out of ideas anybody have this unit .

P.S. I do have the Schematic thanks to one of the ARF forum members.
I had this unit since the 80s and never had any problems with it

Put a scope on it to see if there is a sawtooth waveform. If not, the waveform generator is not functioning.

you mean on IC12 right pin 12 if I don't get that wayform does that mean the chip went belly up then right I'll check that tonight and let you know.
