hmmmmm
OK,
as you may or may not know we had a terrible ice storm. Trees down down everywhere.
Now the trees in my front yard made it fine ( back yard looks like war zone) Today some one who's mother lives down the street take it upon himself to start cutting down my tree in the front yard. ( which was undammaged from the storm) Luckily my wife was home and ran them off. his claim was that the city was going to make me cut it down. I called the cops and he was told to stay off my property. Unfortunantly my attorney friend said there is not much I can do since there was not much dammage.

Re: hmmmmm
What a crock that is. Did that person think that he/she could have the trees for fire wood? Some people go crazy when there is an emergency...

Re: hmmmmm
Similar situation here a few years ago....
Mom has lived in her present house since 1979. She has Lilac bushes on edge of property against a fence. Other side of that is grassy area and an apartment building. The bushes are a privacy fence. New tenants come and go. A non English speaking couple decided they didn't like the bushes. Started crawling on them to whack 'em down.
Big mistake!
She's past 70 and has the temper of an awakened junk yard dog.
With a hoe in one hand and a phone in the other....she got past the language barrier in one hell of a hurry. Chased them off and into their apartment.

Re: hmmmmm
his mother lives down the street so he was cleaning up her yard. her phone does not work so he was going to clear the phone line of all trees to make the phone work. My tree wasn't even on the lines
he chopped 2 of the neighbors trees completely down.
Btw this guy wants to be a woman, you talk about an ugly woman on a backhoe.

Re: hmmmmm
My neighbor called he/shes business and left a message telling he/she that she is expecting to be reimbursed for her two trees. ( they know each other because of his/her mother) He/she called back and agreed to replant her redbud and fix her yard. He/she asked who lived next door. (me) and then wondered if I was going to sue over cutting of trees. so he/ she is afraid I will sue so I am sending a bill for damage to trees.
