ARF Down For Renovation

ARF Down For Renovation
ARF will be shutting down February 2, and moved to a new server, according to a message by Alan Voorhees.
The thread is locked so it's difficult to comment there. However I hope the transition goes well and the new server takes care of the problems that forum has been plagued with. Alan runs an excellent website (not to trivialize this one, which also appears to be well-run) and I hope he succeeds in getting the problems behind us.

Re: ARF Down For Renovation
Gary, Alan posted notices in many sections to reach all the members. The thread at the top of the "antique radio discussions" is still open.
I hope some of the ARF refugees will stick around after the fix.

Re: ARF Down For Renovation
I'm not going anywhere. It's a well-run rofum and I enjoy using it. I just hope that this transition will finally fix the problem. I'm sure it's driving Alan out of his mind.
