Those are bottoms for electrolytc capacitors .'If you want to get rid of them, I can definately use them.

I guess they would be good if you were going to open and re-stuff electrolytics. I can see the symbols on the one on the left that matches the different values in the can.

Those are part of a WBK capacitor replacement kit.
Each base should have a metal clamp with a tall piece of metal on it also.
The clamp went around the base's outside edge and the piece of metal was upright in the air.
That metal became the ground connection for the negative end of the WBR series electrolytics used to replace almost any configuration can cap. You also usually got a wire tie to put around the capacitor cluster and the metal strap for support.
They also made a smaller version for the 3 ground lug can caps.

Someplace I have 1 complete kit setup. They were VERY useful on service calls and when you couldn't get the correct can cap anymore.

BTW- Were you chaps aware that they actually made sockets for the twist lock capacitors?
I have a few, but they are really rare to find around here.
Black base like some of the tube sockets and same mounting methods.

Agree, seen the twist lock sockets on vintage Organ Amps, so quick change could be made, great idea should have been used on guitar amps too! Of course, now the matter is just about moot, as very few new or recent replacement multi section caps are available.
