Lafayette TE-55 Tube Tester

Don't laugh.........I purchased one of these when I was a 12 year old nerd! lol!

I see where one sold on Ebay a few days ago for $106.03 I wonder what you all think of it, and would you ues it today if you had one. I still have mine in great condition.

If it works,don't laugh. You should see one of my testers. It was the first testers I got and it didn't have a case. I made a case for it out of a old TV cabinet sides, pine boards and a handle from a 60s TV set. I would use it today if it would test the modern ,newer tubes. I don't have a tester to test tubes that came out in the late 50s. I would love,absolutely love to find a drug store tube tester that would test them.
