Philco Phorum down for 3rd day?

As a computer tech specialist with 30 years behind me I'm concerned that "routine maintenance" would keep a server down for 3 days. Anybody know what's happening over there? I was in the middle of a sale and have no way to contact the buyer.

Ron's switching hosts. He posted a thread several days ago stating that it will be down for a little while.
