Transformer transformation is complete (w/pics)

Post by Electronhammer on Sat Feb 04, 2012 9:11 pm

Well I finally got the transformer back together. I set it on the chassis just to see how she looked. And a before shot. And a after shot again.

The chassis

Post by Electronhammer on Sat Feb 11, 2012 9:26 pm

I have pretty much stripped the upper part of the chassis of its parts, done some initial cleaning. I will clean the chassis a bit more and then reinstall the coil cans and then start working on the wiring side of it. I think things are coming along nicely.

It's coming along. As you can see from the previous post of mine in this thread, the upper part of the chassis is pretty well void of parts. A little bit more cleaning and polishing on the chassis and the tuner(trimmer assembly) and I will be ready to install some of the parts on the upper chassis and then finish the recapping. I try to do a little each day. Thank you for the inquiry.
