Sencore LC53 Troubleshooting/Repair Help Needed

I have a Sencore LC 53 and the Capacitor side stopped working. In a previous post it was suggested that IC12 pin 12 should have a sawtooth wave on it. Mine seems to have a skewed square wave on it. The display reads all 000's and does not move on the capacitor check settings. Induction seems to work fine. I'm looking for enough help to get it working. On forum or off forum. Glad to be here (New Member)
