Hello from Pittsburgh!

Some of you may know me from ARF; I joined here a couple of years ago, but lost the site when my hard drive crashed. I'm 56, and have been a working technician since I was 18, on everything from theatre sound equipment to broadcast gear to jukeboxes and color TV. I like 1930s-1950s radios, old broadcast/commercial/hi-fi audio gear, ham/shortwave gear, and vintage television sets. The collection currently includes around 100 radios, not including audio or communications gear.

I'm currently working on getting my ham station back on the air, after 20 years of being inactive while the kids were growing up. I got forced into retirement when my company downsized, so I'm trying to find another technician job.
