It depends . Keep in mind that the info I sent is not the exact model and I think it only has two controls on it. I may have one that is more like yours now that I have seen a picture. I will see if I can find one closer and send it to you. But hopefully it should be close. Its odd that the list I have does not have your model as it has other mitchells.

Hey Willy, the Mitchell is up and running! It's playing an old mono Beatles Veejay record right now. I wired the 35w4 like the schematic and still had no sound, then I noticed the tube wasn't lit. When I replaced the tube with one from another player it came to life. It still has the tubes that say Mitchell on them. I really appreciate all the help, I've been scratching my head over this thing for 6 years. Steve
