Hi from Tampa

Howdy all,
I'm in Tampa & I'm trying to restore a 1962 Victor console stereo. I have only built guitar amps so far & this is my first foray into antique radio work so any advice is most welcome.

Thanks Bill, I may need to pick your brain on this project. I had the idea that if the restore wasn't going well then I could part this Victor out. But it's going well and the phono sounds incredible so I HAVE to fix the FM channel, see my thread in the Antique Radio section. I can't let this stereo die.
