My Edison Amberola 30

Post by Bill Cahill on Mon Jan 24, 2011 2:08 pm

Picked this machine up last Saturday at the Orlando Antique Phonograph show. It's all original, except the repro grill cloth.
It plays very well, loud, crisp, and, clear. The serial tag is riveted the back of the bed plate. Here are some photos. When I get a chance, I'll record it to You Tube.

Bill Cahill Very Happy

Hey! That looks just like Mine. The one I have was my Maternal Grandfathers, I have a picture of Him setting by it, looking at his watch. I'm sure he is using His watch to set the speed by time.
