My Edison Fireside model A
I also picked up the remains of this Edison Fireside phonograph a year ago at the Orlando antique phonograph show.
I managed to replace all, but, the repro lid, and, now have it playing. I still have to replace the worn 4 min. needle on the K reproducer, get a gear cover, get a new governor shaft, present one is bent, and, get an original lid for it. But, it is playing records. The crane is reproduction, but, the horn is original.

Machine is playing pretty good, and, I like it. I'll enjoy this one a long time....
